Hi, we wanted to send a few pics and say that Sofi is doing really well a month after we adopted her from Toronto Humane Society.
When we first got her, she was not eating much, not food, not treats, not much of anything. But now, what a difference, she eats everything. Her two meals a day and treats all day long as long as they are cut into small enough pieces.
Also, we thought since she was so small she’d have a hard time in a big house. But we didn’t know we have an acrobat on our hands, who doesn’t see a need for dog steps and amazes us with her jumping ability onto furniture both inside and out.
It has taken us awhile to learn her schedule, but we now know when to take her out (any time she has meals) so the accidents have gone down considerably. It’s also good that a few times she has gone to the back door to tell us she needs to go.
If you would like to share your Happy Tail on our website and social media, please send us a photo and story at happytails@torontohumanesociety.com.
