First off I would like to thank Toronto Humane Society for the love and care they give the animals.

Pickles has been with me for a week and a half.  From the moment I bought her home, she acted like this was always her home. When I opened the box to let her out she went into the bathtub and would pop her head up every once in a while until she was comfortable, which wasn’t too long. When she did come out of the bathroom, she would follow me around the apartment everywhere I went as if she didn’t want to be alone. She did that for a couple of days until she realized I’m not going anywhere. She enjoys her playtime and is very relaxed. She has started to sit beside me on the couch and in the last few nights, she has started to sleep with me in my bed. I’m so happy to have her in my life, and I think she would say the same. Pets bring such joy to your life!
