In March 2025, our very own Phil Nichols, RVT, CAWA, will participate in the CEOx1Day Program as a CEO mentor. One high-potential undergraduate student will have the chance to spend an entire day in our office, shadowing our CEO and learning firsthand what it takes to be a successful leader in today’s business world.

The program mimics a modern job search process, preparing students with skills that will benefit them throughout their careers.
Students will participate in several stages, from the application process to a semi-final round at Odgers Berndtson offices across Canada. Thirty finalists will be selected to spend an entire day with one of Canada’s inspiring CEOs, including our very own Phil Nichols, RVT, CAWA.
