It’s Snickers and Phoebe here.

We were adopted by our new Mommy on June 2nd and we wanted to let you all know how we’re doing! We have our own room with lots of toys, yummy food and plenty of playtime.
We would like to thank all of our friends at the Toronto Humane Society! They are all very kind and helped Mommy with her decision about adopting us. We’re so happy & hope that all the cats & dogs find their forever homes soon.

Meows and Purrs,
Snickers & Phoebe Gallant

Lincoln

A GREAT BIG THANK YOU for bringing Lincoln to our lives. Since his adoption, he has brought so much joy to our family, and he is simply a wonderful sweet darling.

Despite his almost 11 years old and big size, he is still playful. He enjoy chewing on his favorite toys, though most only last a day or two. He will bring his ball in his mouth and drop it at our feet to invite play. He is absolutely charming and obedient, if he sees a squirrel and try to run to it, just a simple NO will calm him down and bring him back on track. He also enjoy his naps, especially when we snuggle in with him and give him his favorite full body massage.

No many how many days or months or years he will be with us, he is giving us loads of love and blessings everyday.

Thanks again for taking care of all these amazing animals and give them hope for a new life!

Roary (formerly Jinx) is doing great! It’s like he has been here for years.

We celebrated my daughters 4th birthday this past weekend. I expected to have to keep Roary out of the way, but he was so comfortable and settled he stayed right in the action. Everyone he has met thinks we are the luckiest to have found such a perfect little guy.

Sasha

Sasha reached four years old in September 2018 and we adopted Sasha when she was one year old.

She was a beautiful dog with the habits of barking and chewing everything she could get ahold of. With the use of crating, obedience classes, vigorous exercise and lots of socialization with other dogs at the dog park, she turned around and became a well behaved dog – calm, friendly, obedient.

Perhaps it was just that she outgrew her puppy behavior. Now she enjoys her walks, her dinner, meeting new people and even having her teeth brushed! She really, really loves going to the dog park and playing with the others dogs. She has a blast every day racing around, wrestling, chasing and being chased by the other dogs. She comes home exhausted. Sash is having a happy life.

Sasha was born with kidney disease and had a life expectancy of two and one half years so reaching her fourth birthday is something special.

We wanted to send you a quick status update on our fur baby, Cash! He has settled into life at home wonderfully! He loves going for long runs with his triathlete dad and cuddles with his adoring mom.

He still has a little bit of anxiety, but he is getting more and more comfortable every day! We feel incredibly lucky, that we were able to give a well-mannered 4.5 year old, who doesn’t chew on things he shouldn’t, a home. He never goes too far without mom and dad and is full of smiles and love. He also loves stare-downs with his big brother Ringo (the cat)! Thank you for helping us find our sweet boy, Cash.
