2014 Toronto Humane Society AGM

The 2014 Annual General Meeting of the Toronto Humane Society will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at 6:00pm at the Primrose Hotel, located at 111 Carlton Street (at Jarvis). The meeting is open to all members of the Toronto Humane Society, although voting privileges are restricted to members who live or work within 60km of the shelter.

Meet Zina & Her Newborn Puppies

Five-year-old Zina arrived in our shelter in desperate need of emergency medical attention. She was in the middle of giving birth to her puppies when one got stuck. Zina's life was in serious danger as were her newborns. She was rushed into surgery at the Toronto Humane Society clinic where she was given an emergency c-section.
