New Kitten Nursery Now Open for Business!
Just beyond the adoption hallway doors there is a constant buzz of volunteers feeding hungry little kittens. Without a mother's milk and love these little guys need lots of attention and someone to fill their bellies. Thank you to all the volunteers who have come to offer breakfast at the crack of dawn, lunch, and dinner throughout the day, and some of you even come for the midnight snacks!
This is a very important volunteer role as our young feline friends are very vulnerable to so many illnesses at this young age. We have trained over 200 bottle feeding volunteers and many have said it is one of the most rewarding volunteer roles they have ever been in.
The Kitten Nursery runs 24 hours a day, from Spring to Fall every year.
7 days a week at 8 a.m., 12 p.m., 4 p.m., 8 p.m. or 11 p.m.
